Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rumpelstiltskin (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

The Service

rumpelstiltskin makes AI images and short AI videos from your photos, prompts and other inputs. It also offers AI chat. AI results can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review every result before you publish or share it.

AI models and providers

  • Text to image (/en/images): Alibaba's Wan 2.6 model (wan2.6-t2i), accessed through Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Bailian / DashScope).
  • Image to video (/en/videos): Alibaba's Wan 2.7 model (wan2.7-i2v-2026-04-25), accessed through Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Bailian / DashScope).
  • Object effects (/en/videos/effects): the same image-to-video model.
  • Rap duo (/en/videos/rap) and photo effects (the other templates under /en/videos, such as the zombie couple or the vampire transformation): Alibaba's Wan 3.0 model (wan3.0-video), accessed through Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Bailian / DashScope).

These models are provided by Alibaba. We use their API services to generate images and videos from your inputs.

Your account

You sign in with an email link or with Google. Give accurate information and keep your email account secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Credits and payments

  • Images, videos and chat messages cost credits. The pricing page shows the cost of each action, and the Service shows it again before you start.
  • New accounts start with no credits.
  • You can buy one-time credit packs. Checkout shows the price.
  • Waffo Pancake processes all payments as our Merchant of Record. It collects the payment and any tax that applies.
  • Credits do not expire. Subscription credits that you don't use carry over to the next period.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If a generation fails, we return its credits to your balance automatically.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Billing disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, contact support@airumpelstiltskinvideo.com before you file a chargeback. We refund incorrect and duplicate charges in full.

Your content

You keep your rights to the content you upload. You give us a license to store and process it only as needed to provide the Service. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload.

You may use the results you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. AI results may not be unique, and other users can get similar results. We do not promise that you own exclusive rights in a result, because that depends on the law where you live.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create, upload or share:

  • sexual or sexually explicit content;
  • any content that sexualizes, exploits or harms minors;
  • graphic violence, or content that promotes violence or self-harm;
  • hateful content, or content that harasses, bullies or threatens others;
  • deepfakes, or content that impersonates a real person's likeness or voice without that person's consent;
  • content that promotes illegal activity, including scams and fraud.

You also agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights;
  • upload content you don't have the right to use;
  • use generated results in a way that infringes anyone's rights;
  • send spam or malware through the Service;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, or try to access it in unauthorized ways;
  • copy, resell or scrape the Service.

How we enforce these rules

We and our AI providers check prompts and uploads before generation. We refuse requests that break these rules. If we find content that breaks them, we can delete it, suspend or close the account, and report it to the authorities when the law requires. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

Reporting content

If you see content made with the Service that breaks these rules, or that uses your likeness without your consent, email support@airumpelstiltskinvideo.com with "Content report" in the subject. Include a link or description of the content and the reason for the report. We review every report and reply within 3 business days. We act faster on reports about minors.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account on your profile page after you cancel any active subscription. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, and your unused credits are lost.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. We don't refund credits on an account that we close for a breach.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change, limit or stop features at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes, governing law and disputes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we will tell you by email or in the Service at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you have a dispute with us, contact us first so that we can try to solve it informally. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
