Guide
How to make a Rumpelstiltskin video One photo, six steps, a dancing video.
You need one photo and a few minutes. This guide walks through each step on the generator, what it costs, and how to get a good result.
From 10 credits. If a video fails, the credits come back.
Before you start
You need a photo, an email address or a Google account to sign in, and enough credits for one video. New accounts start with no credits. Credit packs are one-time payments, not a subscription, and credits never expire.
Step by step
Pick a photo
Open the generator on the home page and choose a photo of one adult, full body or waist up, facing the camera, in good light. It must be a JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 2 MB, from 240 to 8,000 pixels on each side.
Tick the consent box
It confirms the photo is yours, or that the adult in it agreed. The video can't start without it.
Choose Standard or Pro
Standard costs 10 credits. Pro costs 20 credits and gives smoother motion. Both make the same dance, about 9 seconds long, with music.
Press Generate. If you aren't signed in, sign in with an email link or Google in the window that opens. Your photo stays picked while you do.
Pay if you need credits
If your balance is short, the generator offers the packs: 10 credits for $4.99, 20 credits for $7.99, and 30 credits for $11.99. After checkout you come back to the page, and the video starts as soon as the credits arrive.
Wait, then download or share
A video usually takes a few minutes. Keep the page open, and it plays there when it's ready. Download saves the MP4. Share opens your device's share menu, or copies a link to this site.
Tips for good results
- One person only. Group photos confuse the motion.
- Show the body: full body or waist up, with the arms in view.
- Face the camera, with nothing covering the face.
- Use even light. Dark or backlit photos give blurry motion.
- Skip heavy filters, stickers and text on the photo.
If something goes wrong
If a video fails, or doesn't finish within 24 hours, its credits go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us. If a photo is refused, try a different one; you don't lose credits for it.
If you leave the page, the video still finishes. It appears in your video library, and we email you when it's ready. For anything else, email support@airumpelstiltskinvideo.com.
Your photo and fair use
Your photo is used only to make your video, and it is deleted about 24 hours after upload. The finished video stays in your library until you delete your account. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Only upload photos of yourself, or of an adult who agreed. No photos of children, and nothing meant to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone. To learn where the dance comes from, read what the Rumpelstiltskin meme is, or see how people make the tip-toe dance meme.
