Refund Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when rumpelstiltskin issues refunds.

Failed generations

If an image or video fails, or doesn't finish within 24 hours, we return its credits to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Credit packs

• You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits from the pack.
• After you use credits from a pack, or after 14 days, the purchase is not refundable, unless the law requires otherwise.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you keep your credits.
• You can get a full refund of a charge within 14 days if you haven't used any credits from that charge.
• We don't give partial refunds for unused time.

Incorrect charges

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the extra charge in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@airumpelstiltskinvideo.com from the email address on your account. Include your order number and the reason for the request. We reply by email.

How refunds work

• Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record, processes refunds.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show them.
• When we refund a purchase, we remove its credits from your balance. If you have already spent some of them, we remove only what is left. Your balance never goes below zero.

Not refundable

• Purchases outside the conditions above, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Credits on accounts that we close for breaking our Terms of Service.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
